UI/UX Design
When it comes to user experience, I am deeply familiar with several UX design principles, from research to implementation. For each project, I make sure to fully understand the user’s needs and goals before designing a single asset.
Research is key to any UX project, including speaking to representatives of the target users, creating user personas, journey maps, and more. This is done before moving on to wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Keep scrolling to view my UX techniques and samples of my work.
My UX research and design process
-
Discover & define the problem
This step involves heavy user research, including conducting surveys or interviews with potential user demographics to understand their needs and preferences.
-
Define scope of focus
Once the user problems have been identified, a narrow scope can be defined in which to focus the designs on. This helps structure the development of the project.
-
Design & develop potential solutions
Based on the pre-scoped features from the previous step, a prototype will be developed that fulfills the requirements of both the user and the client.
-
Test prototypes and re-iterate with improvements
Once a workable prototype has been developed, it will be user-tested to help identify issues and improvements. These enhancements will then be implemented and tested again until complete.
-
Deliver product
With the client's approval, the finished product will be launched and handed over to the client.
